Another day in paradise
This really is alot of fun. It’s hard to believe that I would enjoy myself the way I have over the last two weeks. Too bad I’m not a poet. I really wish I had some beautiful way of describing my experiences to you all. Alas, I am but a mere carpenter. I’m a ordinary man in persuit of extrordinary goals. Sometimes I worry I don’t represent all of you the way you deserve. Maybe, just maybe, I’ll do you guys proud. I feel alot of weight on my shoulders, but the love in this group helps carry that load. Ilove to read all of your comments. It’s a great moral support to me. Thanks!
Alyssa left for home today. I hate that she had to leave. We all have obligations. Thanks Alyssa. The world is a better place with you being a part of it. I hope our lives someday cross once again. May you find that one special person taller than you.
Love to you all,
Rod

Well, I, Rod, am so happy to read all your posts, and do not care if they are misspelled or runon, or whatever. I know none of you will be able to explain your experiences to anyone ever. I just love to hear the bits you can explain!
I read a story once where this guy was just CRAZY about Picasso, the artist. He took a vacation to the town where he lived, after saving for years. He went walking on the same beach that Picasso had been known to go to. In the distance he saw a man digging in the sand, so he went over to talk to him, as he approached, he saw all of these incredible drawings in the sand, and he realized, that the man WAS Picasso..just drawing in the sand..The man freaked! How was he going to save these masterpieces from the tide? He thought about running and getting cement to pour into them..he thought about running to his motel and getting a camera..alll these things flashed in his mind, but he knew the tide would take them before he got back. So he just had to look at them..experience them–that was all he could do. They were there, for him.
Walk on, Patriot! Experience, and enjoy!
